• Can I text messages worldwide?

  At the moment, we decided to focus on Cypriot market, in an effort to improve the value of our services and spread eventually to global coverage. In case you need to send your SMS across the world send us your request at info@heullo.com and we will activate your destination.

• How long can a text message be?

  We support two formats for text messages – GSM character set and Unicode character set. The maximum number of GSM-supported characters sent from our platform is 160 per SMS. For not supported characters. The maximum number of characters for a Unicode text message is 70 per SMS. We also support SMS concatenation, sending multi-part messages.

• Which characters count as two characters in a text message?

• Can I use my company’s name as a Sender ID?

  If you own a business, a domain or a special event, you can now display/ use its name as your Sender ID. The sender ID must be maximum 11 characters and written in English alphanumeric (please note that this feature is not available in all countries).

• Can I upload my contacts?

  You can easily create and personalize your own contact lists by importing as many numbers as you want. You can even import your contacts in text format (CSV, excel or txt file are the supported formats) and we will automatically create your lists, with all the data you provided.

• Can I schedule my SMS?

  You can schedule to send your SMS at the preferred date and time you want (to).

• What is a short code?

  A short code is a 4 digit number that can be used by companies to open two way communications with their clients. We provide shared, privated or we can even host your own short codes. Shared short codes can be used by multiple clients, so they come along with relevant keywords, which clients need to know in order to differentiate their own messages from the others .

• How to use email to SMS service? (Or what is email to SMS?)

  Email to SMS service allows you to easily convert and deliver your emails into SMS messages. You can make use of this feature from any email client (even if it comes for Hotmail or Gmail).

• Why am I charged for sending a text message that doesn’t exist?

  We charge a fee for every message you send, to help avoid unwanted/ annoying (spam) SMS. Make sure the phone numbers you enter are correct and valid. This way, you don't waste any SMS credit on messages sent to phone numbers that don’t exist.

• What payment methods do you support?

  We work on a prepaid basis. You can purchase credits online via Credit/ Debit card or through your PayPal account.
